The vision & mission of the Work In Progress Basketball program is to help athletes train to improve their skill level & basketball IQ. Equipping them to be successful in academics, & mentoring them towards a positive future through character development. We will challenge our athletes past their comfort zones, push their limits, and establish a commitment to consistent hard work. The W.I.P program will teach valuable life lessons through the lens of sports. Our goal is to leave a mark in the lives of athletes that will have a lasting   impact.      WE ARE ALL A WORK IN PROGRESS!

For we are God’s masterpiece, his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus, to do the good things he planned for us long agoEphesians 2:10

Coach Jasmine Wood

Basketball Coach/Skill Development Trainer/Mentor

Current Girls Basketball Coach: Andrews High School High Point, NC

Former Collegiate Player: Guilford College Greensboro, NC

Jasmine Wood founded & created the Work In Progress Basketball program to help guide youth along their paths of growing & evolving as athletes on and off the basketball court. The vision for the W.I.P program stems from her passion & love for the game which started at an early age. From childhood AAU travel teams, to a solid high school career, to playing collegiate hoops, the game has always been a pivotal part of her life. Coach Wood looks to pay forward the life skills & lessons acquired along the way that have helped mold her. Her goal is to motivate and inspire athletes to put in the work, strive for excellence, and trust the process in order to achieve success. She is a firm believer that we are all a work in progress. As we strive to become the best versions of ourselves, we grow & improve.

Coach Wood’s philosophy is to Work Hard. Trust In the Process. Make Progress.
